If you’re here, you’ve earned your LMSW—and while that’s a huge accomplishment, you might also be feeling a mix of excitement and self-doubt. Moving toward the LCSW can bring up questions like Am I ready? or Do I really know enough yet? That’s completely normal. And it’s also where intentional supervision can make all the difference.
I work with LMSWs who want supervision to feel supportive, expansive, and grounding—not transactional or rushed. My approach centers on mentorship that strengthens your clinical skills and your confidence, intuition, and professional identity. The goal is for you to trust yourself as a clinician, not just meet requirements.
My own practice changed profoundly once I began studying neuropsychology and somatic embodied approaches to healing. These frameworks deepened how I understand clients, regulation, attachment, and my own nervous system as a clinician. In supervision, we explore and apply these perspectives together by integrating them into real-life practice situations.
After years of experience working with diverse populations and hundreds of hours of advanced training, I’ve intentionally created a space where integrative and embodied psychotherapy can be learned, practiced, and refined. You’ll develop skills to help clients move out of overwhelm or shutdown and into greater stability, connection, and flexibility.
Our supervision conversations weave together ethics, neuropsychology, somatics, clinical work, and the practical realities of building an LCSW career that actually fits your life and values.
